Home Aromatherapy Gift Set

To De-Stress with the Essential Oils:
Place the ceramic diffuser ring around the standard-sized light bulb in your lamp and put several drops of one of the essential oils inside the ring. The heat from the light bulb will release the aroma of the oil and within a few minutes, you have a de-stressed aroma-therapeutic environment.

To Clear the Energy of the Home with Sage Leaves:
Put a cluster of the leaves into a shell or clay bowl, light it with a match, and allow it to burn. The leaves should not be flaming but smoldering such that their aromatic smoke is released.

While holding only positive intentions, use a feather to fan out the smoke from the smoldering sage into every corner of the room(s) while walking through it/them in a clockwise direction. When complete, your space will be cleansed, promoting peace and positivity.
